Forms will be available ONLINE ONLY from Sunday, 23rd November 2025 to Saturday, 6th December 2025.
1. Enter mobile no., then click on ‘Generate code’ option for the password. The code will be sent to the same mobile no. which is being used as password for
login.
2. After online submission of the form, a printout of the same is to be deposited in school in the drop box placed at the school gate no. 1 along with the copies
of relevant documents and payment receipt of registration fee of Rs. 25/-.
3. Last date to submit the Registration Form along with the required documents is 08th December 2025 upto 2:00 pm.
4. If the hard copy of the duly filled up form is not submitted, the online form will not be considered.
5. Date of the Admission Test will be informed to Parents/Candidate either telephonically or through email.
6. Required Documents to be attached with the hard copy of the Registration Form.:

Birth Certificate (Authorized by Municipal Cooperation, no affidavit will be accepted)

Residence Proof (Any one): (Electricity Bill/MTNL Landline Bill/Aadhaar Card/Voter ID Card/Passport)

ID Proof of both the parents (one each): (Pan Card/Aadhaar Card/Voter ID Card/Driving License/Passport)

Proof of Father's and Mother’s Educational Qualification. (the highest/latest).

Medical Fitness Certificate.

Copy of Immunization Card.

Copy of Aadhaar Card of the child and parent.

Transfer Certificate to be provided at the time of admission.

Progress report of previous two years (or as applicable)
